Warm Welcome have been privileged to work with a client who has made available an exciting opportunity to provide long term housing for up to thirty people when they need it the most. The property, a large HMO, offers the safety, comfort and reassurance that vulnerable or homeless people need.

The property had stood empty for a number of years but has now been fully redeveloped and boasts facilities that are modern and comfortable including state of the art kitchens and will provide warmth and stability for many people in the immediate future.

Warm Welcome’s client will also ensure that any residents experiencing issues with addiction, mental health or vulnerability are able to access immediate support and assistance so that they can begin to live a full and rewarding life.
